Avoid exfoliating or using retinoids for 48 hours before your appointment, and avoid heat (saunas, sun beds) for 24 hours after. If you have a skin condition or recent laser treatment, please consult with Alexandra before booking.

Hair should be at least 5–10mm long (approximately 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving). Avoid applying creams, oils or deodorant to the area on the day of your appointment. Gently exfoliate the day before to reduce ingrown hairs. If this is your first waxing session or your first time at Desert Rose Wellness, arrive a few minutes early — Alexandra will take a moment to discuss your preferences and any skin concerns before starting.
